A typical blend of Australian Semillon and Chardonnay, this wine shows delightful tropical and peach characters on both nose and palate. It is flavoursome and well balanced, with a soft fruit acid finish.
Food: A fine accompaniment to fish, salads, light softer cheese and Asian dishes.

Ripe flavours of plum and cherry, this elegant wine has vibrant colour and fresh fruit bouquet. Deep red colour with subtle purple hues, this Merlot shows a fleshy palate with fine acid finish.
Food: Excellent with lighter red meats veal, duck and lamb, vintage cheese.
Cellaring: A wine to enjoy now or cellar for three to four years. |

Cabernet Sauvignon |
A rich deep red wine with berry fruit aromas. It is a well balanced, easy drinking wine with soft tannins. Flavours of blackcurrant and berries linger on the palate.
Food: Wonderful with all red meats, pasts and fuller flavoured cheeses.
Cellaring: This wine can be enjoyed now or will reward over the next three to four years. |

Deep rich colour with blackberry and plum aromas, this Shiraz shows a soft spicy finish, with a firm berry palate.
